The EXIT Formula is simple: You receive a 10% bonus check every time an agent that you sponsored closes a transaction.  This is a single level bonus, not to be confused with multi-level companies.  Because the bonus residuals can be quite significant, this creates a substantial stream of income.  This in addition to commission that you collect on your own closed transactions.  Simply put, if John introduces Mary to EXIT and she joins an office, John will receive 10% (up to $10,000 a year) of Mary's gross income.  Mary doesn't need to be concerned, the 10% does not affect her income, however rather, it is paid by EXIT Realty Corp. International.  Furthermore, the number of sponsors you are able to have in the system is unlimited and therefore, so is your income potential.
