Kim Brown Biography
Hello! I am a full-time Realtor® with EXIT Preferred Realty and have over five years experience in real estate.
I am a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Pen Mar Association of Realtors, and the Metropolitan Regional Information Systems.
I am committed to delivering to my customers and clients the highest level of personal service, professional representation, and technical expertise.
To you, my valued customers and clients, I offer this, my pledge of service, my statement of purpose:
YOU are the most important people in my business. While you may rely on me, you do not depend on me; I depend on you. You are not an interruption in my work; you are the purpose of it. My clients are not simply names and numbers; you are people, like me, with feelings, needs, expectations, rights, and emotions.
I shall treat all people in a fair, honest, and respectful manner. I aspire to serve a diverse clientele and contribute to our community as a whole. I believe that my true value can only be measured by the level of respect which I have earned from my clients and competitors.
Personal
I was born and raised in Chambersburg, and have lived in Franklin County my entire life.
I have been blessed with a wonderful husband and three daughters, all grown with families of their own.
Our oldest daughter Keri lives in Indian Trail, North Carolina, with her husband and their four children. Our daughter Holly lives in St. Thomas with her two children., and our youngest daughter Christy lives in St. Thomas with her husband and their three children. Our oldest granddaughter lives in Chambersburg with our great-grandson.
My community service consists of over 12 years as Secretary for the New Franklin Ruritan Club, Publicity & Public Relations Chairperson for the Potomac District in Ruritan, Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, Habitat for Humanity Fundraising Committee, and member of the Friendly Coin Club.
Having grown up loving this area, I want to see Franklin County thrive. I'm familiar with the small towns, the recreation spots, and all the other unique spots that make Franklin County a great place to live.
I hope that you, too, will enjoy this little piece of heaven!
