Sandy Poulson Biography

Sandy Poulson a Realtor who enjoys making her clients dreams comes true. She comes to the table with over 15 years of Mortgage and Banking experience working as a Sr. Accountant, Sr. Pipeline Analyst on the Trade Desk, to a Financial Analyst on the Secondary Market for all Fortune 500 companies in the Frederick, MD area.  She brings the expert negotiation skills and financial knowledge she had learned in previous careers to her real estate career to ensure the highest quality to her clients in any transaction. She knows how valuable your time is and will achieve your goals efficiently.

 Sandy takes pride and specialization in finding first and second home buyers the right home for them in the quickest time possible with stress free financing, often with low or no down payments.  She keeps up to date with information with government programs and tax offers to make sure her clients are fully financially informed.

 Sandy is a member in good standing with the National Association of Realtors, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, Pen Mar Association of Realtors, Metropolitan Regional Information Systems, and RAYAC Systems.

 Sandy was born in Fairfield, New Jersey then in 1973 moved to Waynesboro, PA.  When her family transferred to Fort Ritchie.  In 1990 she moved to Carroll Valley, PA where she currently resides, Sandy takes great pride in showing off these areas as well as Frederick and Washington County. 

 Sandy feels being a Realtor is about more than joining a professional association, she believes realtors should be committed to giving exceptional educated services to their clients.
