Joan Smith Biography

Joan has been a licensed Real Estate Agent since1973. She became a Broker in 1976. Joan had a partnership with a company called Smith & Manning Company in 1976. She owned Smith & Associates Better Homes & Gardens from 1981 to 2000; she joined Exit Preferred Realty in 2005 giving her experience in both Ownership and the Real Estate Industry for Thirty Seven (37) years.

She enjoys spending time with her six children and grand children, she loves fishing, gardening, reading & exercising. She is active in the community and is committed to customer’s satisfaction in real estate.
